How to Redeem Your Points for Free Nights:

  2. Select Your Property: Choose your preferred property to view rates and availability.
  3. Review Points Needed: Review the points summary to see how many points are needed for your stay. 
  4. Need More Points? If you're short on points, you can easily purchase more. Learn how here.
  5. Complete and confirm your booking: Once you've reviewed the points needed and ensured your selected dates and property are available, it's time to finalize your reservation. You'll receive an email confirming your reservation details.

You must be a World of Hyatt member in good standing to participate. Only points redeemed for stays completed between November 13, 2024 and March 9, 2025 ("Promotion Period") will be eligible for this promotion. You will receive 20% Bonus Points back on the World of Hyatt points redeemed for free nights on stays at properties on Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt completed during the Promotion Period. All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after your point redemption has been completed for your Bonus Points to appear in your World of Hyatt account.   1. How do I participate in the promotion? To participate in the promotion you must:
    • Be a World of Hyatt member in good standing. To join for free, visit World of Hyatt today.
    • Use points for an eligible stay completed at a Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt property between November 13, 2024 and March 9, 2025 (the "Promotion Period") to receive 20% Bonus Points back on the points redeemed.
  2. How does the promotion work? World of Hyatt members can receive 20% Bonus Points back on the World of Hyatt points they redeem toward free nights at a participating Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt property on stays completed during the Promotion Period.
  3. What is an Eligible Stay? For the purpose of this promotion, an "Eligible Stay" defined as any stay using World of Hyatt points at a Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt property completed between November 13, 2024 and March 9, 2024.
  4. Are there any restrictions on the form of payment in order to participate in this promotion? Eligible methods of payment include World of Hyatt points.
    In order for a Member to earn points under this promotion, the bill for qualifying charges must be in that Member's name and the Member must personally pay for all charges with their World of Hyatt points.
  5. I have a stay on March 9, 2025 with a checkout on March 10, 2025. Will the night count towards this promotion? No, only Eligible Nights completed during the Promotion Period will count toward the promotion.
  6. When will I receive my 20% points back? Please allow 2 to 3 weeks after your stay for the Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.
  7. Where can I see how many points I have earned for my qualifying nights in this promotion? To see how many Bonus Points you have earned, open the World of Hyatt mobile app, click on My Account and view Past Activity or visit hyatt.com and log in to your World of Hyatt account and click on the My Account section.
